The production of straw pellets is similar to wood pellet production,
except that drying is not required.
The way in which the pellet is produced is as follows:
Rolo or square bales of straw are fed into a straw shredder for breaking up the straw.
The shredded straw is then fed into a hammer mill, where it is ground to a specific granulation.
The moisture content of the ground straw must be between 10-14%.
The straw is conveyed from the mill through pipes to a bin, from which it is then fed into the pellet mill for pelletizing.
The resulting pellets are then cooled and packaged into PVC bags.
Commands and control are done from one place from one cabinet.
We can enable the line to have PLC-based controls, meaning you will perform and monitor all commands and controls via a computer screen.

The same elements go into all three lines, and the difference is that, for example, a squeezing device (separator) goes into the manure line, but it does not go into the wood.
